Our team conducts thorough site visits and inspections of Defence Drawings and available Metadata to ensure a high level of accuracy before entering and updating data via GDL at the Defence Estate level. We tailor our GDL process to each Project Scope of Work, which may include individual items of equipment.

During the GDL process, we record essential details such as manufacturer, warranty, and environmental regulations to allow relevant Maintenance and Safety Plans to be created. We also offer maintenance schedules for assets, As-Constructed Drawings, and Metadata input. Our team is proficient in providing Defence GEMS Data Loading within the HOTO process, from decommissioning assets to new builds and upgrades.

We also offer full retrospective GDL updates for any building or space in which work has been carried out as part of a Defence project. • Supply Defence specific asset barcode labels (including stickers/metal barcodes & building/infrastructure numbers).
