As Managing Director Hayley leverages her strengths as a creative solutions-focused thinker to instil a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement at Comply HQ.

Hayley has crafted her expertise over a decade of working on key HOTO Management, emergency breakdown and construction projects with organisations including; Australian Department of Defence, Ventia, Perth Children's Hospital, Optus Stadium, Western Power, Edith Cowen University, CBRE, Colliers, Knight Frank and Charter Hall, City of South Perth and City of Fremantle. Over this time, Hayley has implemented innovative initiatives to redesign Asset Management.

We Drawing from his vast 30 year experience in overseeing construction enterprises, David brings a wealth of multi-functional expertise to Comply HQ. We leverage his insights to optimise processes, lead improvement initiatives, and efficiently manage our operations. 

David holds a Masters in Business Administration and has held significant roles including seven years as General Manager of a 150-employee hydraulic and electrical contractor specializing in Defence and Government projects, and eleven years as Director of a prominent construction business in the UK focused on new builds and refurbishments.

 Paul is a seasoned Project Manager, Construction Supervisor, and Electrician with over 40 years of experience. He's been instrumental in executing over 2,000 Department of Defence infrastructure projects, with diverse roles spanning 21 years in various Defence capacities. Paul's extensive expertise includes managing projects worth over $50 million and maintaining Counter Terrorist training facilities. 

Paul is a Veteran having spent 21 years in various Defence fields including the Army Engineer Corps. He  embodies Comply HQ's values of collaboration, continuous improvement, and innovation, fostering strong relationships with colleagues and clients while enjoying moments of laughter

At Comply HQ, David brings more than ten years of extensive experience as a Project Manager within the electrical and communications sector, with a notable specialisation in the Defense industry. His expertise lies in overseeing projects encompassing system controls, leveraging his certifications across diverse automation platforms, and pioneering new technologies.

David's proficiency in technical aspects, coupled with his meticulous attention to detail and robust project management abilities, equips him to effectively lead cross-functional teams and navigate end-to-end project lifecycles. Over the course of his career, he has consistently showcased his adeptness in providing hands-on technical support, orchestrating streamlined project management processes, and nurturing enduring client relationships

As a Project Manager Iain brings a wealth of experience to Comply HQ clients as they navigate though project management and the Handover Takeover process. Recognised in the industry for his professionalism and conscientious approach, Iain values client relationships and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.
 

Before joining Comply HQ, Iain held the position of Regional Project Delivery Manager for a Defence estate support and facilities management provider, overseeing projects on the Defence Contract. With a wealth of experience as a Project Manager, Iain has a proven track record of successfully delivering projects within the Defence portfolio in Western Australia and South Australia. Iain possesses comprehensive knowledge not only of the physical bases but also of the requisite project documentation and compliance with Defence regulations necessary for project closure. 

Melanie brings over 18 years of experience in the Oil and Gas Industry, with the past two years focused on HOTO Management. Starting as a Geophysicist in the UK after completing her Bachelor of Science at the University of Leeds, Melanie has managed Seismic Data Imaging Projects in both the UK and Perth before transitioning to the Construction Industry. Leveraging her expertise in data and project management, Melanie coordinates GDL requirements for projects in the HOTO space.

Melanie is dedicated to delivering high-quality, accurate data to meet stringent HOTO requirements and thrives on collaborating with internal teams and clients to ensure successful project outcomes. your business to the next level.

Graeme is a Qualified Architectural Draftsman specialising in technical writing. Graeme has over 50 years' experience working in Local, State, and Australian Government environment. He has perfected his craft in preparation and documentation of contracts and specifications, including pre and post contract documentation requirements for annual supply and service contracts, major building  construction projects, property and facilities repair and maintenance works and civil and structural engineering projects for Police Stations, Prisons, Hospitals, Educational Institutions, Law Courts and Ministerial Offices both in Australia and Off-Shore.
 

Graeme's meticulous approach ensures the delivery of successful project management outcomes for our clients. He is a valuable asset to Comply HQ, known for his approachable demeanour and commitment to achieving excellent project results while enjoying his work

 After studying Architecture at UWA, Adrian has amassed 30 years of experience in design, drafting, and project administration. Whether managing his own architectural design business or collaborating with architects locally and globally, Adrian has honed his skills in preparing and reviewing drawings, interpreting guidelines and codes, writing specifications, and contract administration. In previous leadership roles such as CAD Manager and Senior Technician, Adrian spearheaded improvements in CAD documentation procedures and quality control, leading to enhanced documentation quality and communication.

Adrian's strengths lie in clear communication and collaborative coordination, enabling him to effectively liaise with professional consultants, whether as clients or as part of larger project teams. He brings a calm and participative approach to his work, ensuring successful project outcomes
